The Emojis are restricting my capacity to clearly and cleanly communicate with customers. It's not a feature. It's a massive annoyance.
System > Edit Settings > Enable emoji reactions and switch the toggle.
None of these menu options exist.
Cloud does not have the option to turn off emojis.
