Initate automation rule as form is opened

Hello, I need to update the due date for a service request when a form is opened as opposed to after a form is submitted.  

For example, a new employee request is due date is two weeks from the date of the form is created and the due date is prefilled when the form is opened.

Hi @jbolton,

In your case, I would use automation for Jira.

Trigger - issue created

Condition - compare with the issue type or request type

Action - set due date using smart value - {{now.plusDays(14)}}
