Hi ! I'm trying to make an automation that put my Issue Done when all the subtask are done.
Does anyone have any idea ?
Thanks in advance
Hello @Anaelle Layrac
Welcome to the community.
If you go to the Automation screen (under Project Settings) and click on Library, you will find several templates for commonly used automation rules. This includes a template for closing a parent issue when all its sub-tasks are done.
Thank you ! I haven't even though of taking a look at the library xD It works perfectly
Hi @Anaelle Layrac -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Yes, and...to Trudy's answer: another source for example rules is the library: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/automation-template-library#/rule-list?systemLabelId=all&page=1&pageSize=20
You cannot download these yet, but you can view them to get ideas for your own rules.
Kind regards,Bill
@Trudy P ClaspillI had no idea there was this library option until you mentioned it. Thank you so much.
