Changing stage to Another stage ?

Whenever I am moving RFC to another stage as shown in the Attached File, As shown in the snapshot The time should stop whenever/whoever changes the stage to ON HOLD the TimeStamp Should Stop But for somewhat reason this is happening.

Please Look into it ASAP!!!!

How is your SLA set up? Do you have a PAUSE condition defined for the status "On Hold"?
