I'd like to send customers an automated email as a reminder to renew their SSO certificate. Is there anyway I can do this through Jira?
@[deleted]You would need to have an issue for each customer for their SSO certificate renewal. You could use automation to send an email reminder via an automation. I would recommend that you use a CRM to manage customer information, services, and reminders.
