How can I trigger an automation rule based on the actions of another automation rule

Question

I have 2 Jira boards: A and B.

Board A has an automation rule: when an issue is transitioned to status S, then create a new issue in board B. This is working

Boards B has the automation rule: when an issue is created, then create a set a sub-tasks for it. This is also working.

The problem is that the rule in B only triggers when I create an issue in it directly, but it does not trigger when an issue is created by the automation function in board A. when the rule in A is triggered it creates the issue in B, but the rule to create a subtask in B never triggers.
