Default tab on right side name not changing

Hello all,

We have a tab the default one (first one), and i saw that you can change the name of it but however it shows on the creation of ticket screen but appears as 'details'  at the top when on edit screen mode.

Can anyone provide any insight on why it is like this? Does the name not show also when editing a ticket?

Are you running Cloud or not?

If not, did you check the screen assigned to edit mode?
