The Update URL button is disabled for me while trying to update our Jira Cloud free instance url from Atlassian admin. What might be the root cause and how to fix that?
What level of subscription do you have, and have you changed the url before (recently)?
Free subscription. I definitely haven't changed the url recently but not sure about half-a-year period. Is there a chance to see a kind of change history somewhere?
I do face the same issue. Free subscription and I'm the oraganization admin...
Free and starter licences can't change their urls, it's a paid function for active subscribers.
