I'm using JIRA free cloud for demonstration now.
Our company decided to use JIRA & Confluence.
So I'd like to change org admin to my company's account before converting paid plan.
But I can't find the 'Administrators' tab as below URL's screenshot
The 'Administrators' tab doesn't display
organization > Settings > Administrators. > add Administrators

Does this feature only appear on paid cloud accounts?
Then how can i replace org admin? after billing?
