Cannot install an app from marketplace - no "upload app" link

Question

I am logged as admin, choose an app on the marketplace and pressed Try for Free.
All I need then is just to apload the app and activate the license key, but I do not see "upload app" link in my Manage apps sections.

Any thoughts or advices, please?

Welcome to Atlassian Community !!

There is no upload app button in Atlassian Cloud, you can install apps though marketplace via find apps or build an app. Those are the only options available.
