Problem with adding tickets to an board

Hi,

We have a board that it's not possible to add tickets to, an error message comes up that says "Something's gone wrong, refresh the page and try again".

We have tried this and it still doesn't work. We are all experiencing this problem on the board but we can use other boards with no issue.

What type of project is it? team or central? Does the board config have the open/to do or created status in the 1st column, where are you clicking create from and do you have permissions to create in the project (check your 'people' settings and permissions and roles)
