I guess you are using insight plugin with evaluation license that's why it is disabled.

@Mayur Jadhav Thank you for the answer! By the way: No, I'm not using evaluation license.
The error message is clear - you've been using Insight with evaluation licences, and you have run out of trials.
You will need to buy a licence for it if you want to continue using it.
