Are canned Responses available in Jira? Even through a plug-in?
@Danielle David
I believe that there is only one app that provides this in Cloud at this time. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211016/canned-responses-pro-templates-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
Atlassian does have a feature request for this and it looks like it will be coming out next fiscal year. This is something to consider if you purchase the app. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-631
