can I send an email from jira cloud with the client's email

Jira Cloud notifications via customer email, you want notifications to be made with customer email and not with Atlassian email.
The question is:

Is it possible to do this in the Cloud? Even with an addon.

@Eduard Diez you have to clarify which notifications you are referring to: Internal (agents/users) or customers notifications?

This article https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-an-email-account/ that I've already told you in another thread of yours, takes care of the sending notifications to customers by using a custom email.

For the notification scheme you have to change it from project settings > summary:
