We have been having weekly sprints and a new build delivered as the Sprint ends.
Some items from the previous sprint did not make it in the build, but will be ready 2 days later (and we need to have it tested as soon as possible).
How does one normally deal with multiple builds/new build mid-sprint? Should I close the sprint and start a new one for the remainder of the week?
