Please provide more info…

are you using CMP or TMP project
have you looked at the notification settings
any idea on what may have changed since notifications ceased?
are any notifications being received by anyone?

There was an open incident reported on this yesterday by Atlassian, and there are still some apparent delays. Please watch here for updates:

Also, note that with the Free plan you get only 100 email notifications per day. When that limit is reached each day, Jira will stop sending notifications.
