I am fairly new to using JIRA. I am currently attempting to compete an import but keep getting this error message when validating the import :

Unable to parse datetime: 8/20/2021 15:04 using the date format pattern: dd/MMM/yy h:mm a

How do I fix this?

You need to match the date formatting that you set for the import.

Note that the import use Simple Date Format here is one reference - SimpleDateFormat
