How to test a cloud jira backup?

Hi,

We need to verify that we can restore when required a backup of our Jira and confluence backups.

I've read the backup policy and it seems like we can only perform an entire instance restore?

Could anyone that tests this process please let me know what they do? As i'm literally only wanting for example, to restore 1 KB article or 1 ticket to ensure backups are working and we can restore.

Hi @Phillip C , for the Jira part, you can vote this ticket to get single project imports:

, and then have a test project with just a few tickets and restore that project.
