I want to create a new Issue type or service request form and I want to have a group of agents where the only requests they have access to in JSM are these new issue types I'm creating called Rev Ops. Tried setting up Issue Security but I still can't figure it out
Hi @Daniel Roig I would also try to use Issue Security. What is your configuration and what exactly does not work?
