Is there a way customer email notifications can be disabled on specific project depending on Status change? I need only for specific status.
I tried few things, but nothing could stop email notifications except after tuning off in:
Project settings > Notifications > Customer-visible status changed to disable. But this way all email notification regarding status change will not be sent.
I tried Disable email but although I have success in automation log, email to the customer is being send anyway.
