Components field doesn't show up as available fields for Epics or Tasks for Kanban project

I have created a new Team Kanban project .

I however do not see "Components" as an available field to be added as available context fields for Issue types of Epics and Tasks.

 

Do I need to create a custom field for "Components" or can this be added as an available field out of the box ?

Team-managed projects do not have components out of the box yet. You can vote for the request and follow it here:
