Fail to load

Question

On a confluence page from 31 January 2020, some image "Failed to load"

How can I solved it ?

@Cecile Gibert it seems that this issue has happened to other members as well (Solved: Images Failing to Load (atlassian.com)) and they opened a Jira support ticket Atlassian Support). I suggest for you to do the same, since from all your answers point towards (perhaps) a possible bug.

I suggest either opening a new support ticket OR

* Clear cache and hard reload
* Right click on image and see where the image link points out* Does the image load on new link or not?

From the above (1,2) you might get a few more info, which will be of great assistance to Atlassian support team.

* * It's an old document I don't remember how this image has been include.

* What is the image extension?* .jpg

* What is the image size?* Not mentionned

* Does this happen only to you, or to other users as well?* other users as well and with another internet access

* Did you try to visit the same confluence page from another browser?* Same with another browser

* Did you try to clear the cache and hard reload the page?* No

* What is the image extension?
* What is the image size?
* Does this happen only to you, or to other users as well?
* Did you try to visit the same confluence page from another browser?
* Did you try to clear the cache and hard reload the page?
