I have a project like "Team-managed software ", I need to start 2 sprint at the same time, how can I do?
When I start one, Jira does not allow me to start the 2nd.

Unfortunately, parallel sprints are not available yet for Team-managed projects. You can vote for the feature request and follow along here:

At present, parallel sprints can not be run if you are using "Team Managed" projects.
This feature is available only for company-managed projects as of now.
