Autotransition in SIL Jira-Cloud

Hi!

The function autotransition does`n work in jira cloud. Where can there be a problem?

Skript:

- if transition Open-InProgress => skript autotransition InProgress-Hold

autotransition(10002, "TEST-1");

* ID=10002 - status "Hold" - when checking it is determined
* "TEST-1" - active issue

Used by Post Function in Workflow.

Skript works in Jira Server.

Maybe something else needs to be clarified for SIL jira-cloud?

Confirm! Transition ID is needed here. Example:

What does the ID 10002 refer to ? You have to provide the transition ID not the status.
