Hello!
I saw the "copy rules" option, but when I clicked on it I got an error saying rules cannot be retrieved.
Happened to other users in my organization as well (including admins).
Any ideas?

Can you try to copy the Rule from the master list of rules?
Got to Settings > System > Automation rules
@John Funk as an Admin yes, but not as a user without access to Settings.
Does the rule span multiple projects?
No - we don't have any global rule. Each rule is created on one project only.
