HelloIf I create Project X with these versions 6.1,6.2,6.3 can these versions be for all project, so if I go to project Y, these versions 6.1,6.2,6.3 will be there. (like generic versions)

I believe there are marketplace add-ons for purchase which support version managment like that. But nothing in the out-of-the-box Jira Cloud Standard version.
You could build something using automation rules (global/multi-project) such that when a Version is created is is also created in other projects. There are limits on the number of global rule executions per month for Standard license, so if you don't have a lot of versions, this might work for you.
