Identify all pages which are created by a specific user

Question

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a solution to create an overview (filter, list, or within a page, or anything else) to see which pages have been created by which user.

Purpose: Every page creator needs to review his/her page every 3 month to keep it up to date. Therefore, we would like to provide this list to each user that he/she has an overview of all created pages + the management wants to see this overview for the entire company as well.

Research showed me that this was possible for the Confluence Server version - but not (until now) for the Cloud version.

Are there any updates or hacks for the cloud version to create such a list / overview?

I'm not a fan of going with "no, this doesn't work" :-)

Welcome to the community! As @Hana Kučerová described, it is possible to use CQL and advanced search to identify the pages that should be checked.

You could also consider one of the apps from the Atlassian Marketplace to help you manage your content lifecycle. One option is Comala Document Management, the app comes with a Content Expiry Workflow that enables you to approve content and set an expiry date for when the content should be reviewed. When the content expires the page watchers and approvers will be notified by email.

You also get a report of all pages in a space and their status, which you can filter to expired content.

Comala Document Management is available on the Atlassian Marketplace and is free for 30 days.

Based on this post I was able to get the results using CQL and advanced search - see @Ste Wright 's answer. This way you can prepare search links for you users...

Mentioned CQL Search application also worked for me and I was able to insert the results to the page using "CQL Query" macro.

The used query is the same in both cases, you can use

* creator="Display Name"
* creator="Email"
* creator="Account Id"
