Automation for Jira - How to use "Recent rule executions" in JQL or smart value condition?

Hi,

I have manual trigger rule that create sub tasks with Jira Automation add-on, and I'm trying to limit this rule execution to one time per issue.

How can I add this condition?

I thought to use condition to run this trigger only when Recent rule executions IS Empty 

but I don't know how to use it in JQL or smart value.

I would consider using the Condition Related Issues Condition

If you select Sub-tasks as the related issue, you could set the condition to:

• Are not present - so the rule should not run if there are Sub-tasks
• All match specified JQL - if the manual trigger created a set of Sub-tasks which could be in addition to existing Sub-tasks.
  • You'd need metadata to identify the Sub-tasks created by the manual trigger - for example, you could add a label or similar to them during auto-creation, to make them easily identifiable via JQL

This should achieve your goal
