export import confluence sites

Marty_dvkt8s

I have a paid confluence site ($10 per month), however I am not using this to the full capacity at this stage. I would like to move to the free plan.

I am having trouble importing the site contents from the $10 per month to the free.

It has uploaded and unpacked. But I cannot see any of the sites or the contents.
