Removing sections from Service Desk

Hi, 

I'm getting around in creating several service desks for my company, however, I am a biut clueless as to how to remove the options of "service Request" and all the others as well from sections and just have the queues in there. Can you guys help me? As my service desk is live, I don't want to create it from scratch, just would like to remove it from here (see screenshot)

Hey Renato, so your instance looks a bit different than mine but I believe that is because you are using the new JSM which includes Opsgenie capabilities. In any event AFAIK you cannot modify the sidebar to remove items. With that said, cloud is changing frequently. You might wish to provide feedback to Atlassian on your desire.
