Can not integrate Jira cloud with Sitechko (bag tracking) software

Hello everyone!

I am working on a scrum team and have a problem with integrating Jira with Sitechko. This message is popping up:

The field "Time tracking" cannot be set. it is not on the appropriate screen or unknown.

When I am adding a Scrum bug Screen on Field configurations of Time tracking, this message pops up: 

The "Custom field" cannot be set. it is not on the appropriate screen or unknown.

 Can you please help?

Time-tracking is a compound system field, not just a simple data item, you generally can't just set it to something directly.  Even when it is on the issue edit screen, it doesn't appear as a simple field.

See https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-issues/#api-rest-api-3-issue-issueidorkey-put and expand the "Issues" and then "Edit Issues" sections to see an example of how to set it.  If you're not feeding it data in that format, it may be giving you the "not on screen/unknown" message

You might also want to look through the worklogs, as they feed into time-tracking as well

I do not understand "Scrum bug Screen on Field configurations of Time tracking" - there's two separate configuration items there and you don't add screens to field configurations, so I'm lost.

However "the custom field cannot be set" is clear - the field you have told it to edit is not on the edit issue screen.
