Using a template page that contains a Jira Issues macro. The macro displays fine for certain users, but others get a warning message that reads (translated)'refresh failed, please try again', see below.
Users have reported that the macro works on other 'non-template' pages. the issue was reported by both admins and non-admin users.
Is there any underlying logic that could cause this? a timeout maybe? Thanks!
