How to set automation rule that will add watchers to a new issue that gets created by the same rule

I'd like to add watchers in the same rule that creates a new issue type Test Plan that is triggered when PRD issue type gets transitioning to DONE.

So what I'm getting is that the Watchers are getting added but to the PRD issue instead of the Test Plan issue

Any ideas on how to set a building block / branch rule so its adding Watchers to a newly created issue that is triggered by "issue transitioned" in the same rule (Plz see attached screenshot for more detail).

I am using the JIRA Server flavor of Automation, so I am not sure if would be the same on Cloud, but there is a purple "Branch rule / related issues" component which has an "All Created Issues" option. If you put your "add watchers" component behind this, I think it would add it to the new issue and not the old.

Is your 'branch' component directly below the 'create issue' component? From the error it looks like maybe the 'create issue' is in an 'If' block it can't see into.
