Why I cannot upload images and attachments?

Recently, when I uploaded the images or attachments when creating tickets, I'll receive the "Fail to load" notification. Meanwhile, I cannot view images uploaded by others with the same notification

Have you got the same thing? Do you know how to address this issue?

It seems to be an known defect.
