Jira Portfolio: Query to Pull All Initiatives and Children Issues (from other projects)

I have one Jira project full of initiatives (w/ Portfolio level hierarchy). Those initiatives have child issues from other Jira projects. Is there a query that can pull all the initiatives and their child issues from other projects?
