Usage of Zephyr Permission Scheme with Zephyr for Jira Cloud

Is Zephyr Permission Scheme available for use with Zephyr for Jira Cloud version? I am not able to find this flag under Zephyr for Jira General Configuration menu. Otherwise is there any workarounds to be able to limit users from editing test cycles or folders?
