I have an Automation rule to post notifications of new bugs to a Slack channel. It's set to only run in one project and has one condition: Issue Type equals "Bug"
However, when I created a new bug to test this rule it failed to meet the condition

I've no idea what the problem could be. It's a Next Gen project and the only other rules we have are when an issue transitions to a Done or Won't Fix state (so these should not be affecting issue creation).
In our old classic projects I did have some actions on transitions to set the resolution field of a bug, but none of these were applied when an issue is created.
Can anyone tell me where to look to find out why the condition was not matched?
