From Word Document, can I automatically add labels to a Confluence page?

Is there a way to add marked text to a Word document so that, when the document is imported to become a Confluence page, the resulting page has a label based on the marked text?

 

Additionally, is there a way to mark text in the original Word document so that some text in the imported Confluence page becomes collapsible?

Unfortunately there isn't an out of the box functionality to do that. You could try an app though from the marketplace, like Scriptrunner.
