Checklist in jira ticket

Hi, if I have a ticket to do code review, then I hope there is a checklist for person who is doing code review, only when they have checked each item for the list then they can mark it as done, can I ask if it's possible to have this kind of feature in jira ticket page?

one solution that I can recommend is the Multiple Checklists for Jira app that we have developed and that we use project-wise for the same case:

It allows you to create checklist templates that are automatically inserted into newly created Jira issues (or when they reach certain status) and enforce that issues are not marked done until all checklist items are checked.

You can try Smart Checklist add-on for Jira which we created.

It provides an ability to embed a checklist into Jira ticket and validate completion before issue the transition to another state.

It is simple to start but also full of useful features if you need them, like:

user mention
block resolving of issues if a checklist is not complete
checklist templates

The add on allows you to use Checklist from a saved template or you can create your own and customize it depending on your needs. There is possible to mark each finished step as done, and you can verify who and when finished a single issue.

Of course, there are many more features!

You can also use the info panel (looks like a circle w/ the letter i) and it creates a a blue background by default. If you click on the background, you can check it to red, yellow, green ect.
