Jira cloud is very slow

Hello,

 

We have adopted the Jira cloud since we have teams in both US and China.  But it was extremely slow for the China team. Sometimes it takes several minutes to respond or even cannot file an issue.

 

Any suggestion or workaround? Thanks in advance.
