The Original Estimate field is missing on email requests type

I can't find the Original Estimate field when the request type is by email

I think that it's a duplicate, but here my anwser that i left in the other thread :

Welcome to the community.
Make sure your administrator have enable the time tracking. Then add the "time tracking" field to the relevant screens.
