Text Editor Bar on Customer service Desk?

Question

Using JIRA  v1000.526.0 and just set up a service desk but can't see the text editor bar when trying to comment in the Customer Portal (see below):

But it does show up on our Service Desk (see below):

Is there anyway to enable the text editor bar in the Customer Portal for all our users?

Hi!

Unfortunately, there is no way to add the text editor bar in the portal. The portal is simplified for the end user and note that they can still add images with a drag/drop.
