Restrict ticket edit options

Question

Hello,

There are tickets in a specific projects , for which I need to restrict the users, who can edit the tickets.

Especially the "Summary" field and "2 custom fields (which have date, time format)".

Is it possible to provide only edit options to only certain people ?

Edit permission will be applicable at project level. You can define edit permission using Permission schema of your project.

Same way , you can define issue screen schema, to enable which all fields can be edited using  screen schema

You can create screen for edit operation and associate it to your screen schema.

You need to use Conditions in workflow transition, for create separate permission per user.
