Trying to edit the grey helper text in global template

I want to edit and add helper text to this global template but can't figure out how. Can anyone chime in?

Happy to help!

In the new Confluence Cloud editor, the Instructional Text got renamed to Placeholder Text. You can find this under the insert (+) menu.
