Picture in article cant be shown in full page

Hi Team,

Can you please advise why when I view the article via JIRA helpdesk and I clicked on the picture in the article, the picture cant be shown in full page?

Hello there,

Currently, it's not possible to expand an image on the customer portal. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
