Difference between Classic project vs Next-gen projects

Question

Since i feel both Classic project and Next-gen project benefits.,

Classic project:

1.Fix version, can be tagged to release

2.Workflow can be defined to each issue types etc.

Next gen project:

1.Roadmap designing is friendly

2.In issue type,can easily drag and drop the JIRA fields.

Can you please give the detailed differentiation in between these two types.

There are SO many differences between the two that we couldn't possibly capture them here TBH. The article that Manuel provided is a good start but it is just an overview. The other thing to keep in mind that NG is changing very frequently so any comparison will be quickly dated.
