Help with Automation to close tickets

I want to close issues in status "Pendiente de cierre" that did not get an update in 72h (as a trial i set the time to 2 minutes), i've tried so many configs and no one works properly, this one is the only that works but it closes the ticket automatically:

I dont know where is the problem.

Problem with trigger("when"), "In-box" JSD doesn`t have "issue matches" in column "when",

You can try Nicholas solutin with creating new SLA`s, but it may be too much SLA`s,

So I can recommend you to try Automation for Jira - Server Lite,
