Sprint Issue does not appear in Board Column

The project was created under Next Gen category. I created a TEST sprint issue assigned under "To Do", but the issue does not appear in Board column "To Do". Any recommendations on what may be causing the issue in sprint to not translate to a board column? Thanks!

Have you already clicked to start your Sprint under the backlog View? Issues will only appear on the board once they are added to an active Sprint:

If you have already started your Sprint and the is still not appearing in the Board view, please provide us the following information for further troubleshooting:

- Send us a screenshot of your backlog view, hiding the confidential information in the issues

- Send us a screenshot of your board view, also hiding the confidential information in the issues

- Is this problem happening only for a single issue or is it happening for every issue you add in the board?
