Auto transfer Jira Service Portal Customer comments to Jira linked issues

Question

we are using Jira Service desk and jira software, we need to transfer customers comments into linked issues in jira software automatically.

can anyone help on this case

Hi,

I guess you are trying to setup a Jira Service Desk project, i that's right i'm not sure if you do have Automation function, but if you do, then you should be able to write an if statement,  If you don't have this i think you need to add adaptavista scriptrunner

Then you can use something like.

i dnt have any plugin, just pure jira software and jira support portal.

when customer added a comment to their issues in portal i need to put that in the linked issue automatically, then internal people can see it.

any idea to solve it?

Can you give some more information on this, is the link created automatically? 
do you have any plugins on you environment such as Scriptrunner or Jira suite util?
