Our site-admins are being included in the billing for Service Desk Users and I'm struggling to find how to remove them from inclusion. Can you provide any pointers?

Site-admins will receive a license for all products where the group site-admin was included.Please, go to Site administration > Product access and on Jira Service Desk click on ... right beside site-admins group and click Remove group.
Now, new site-admins won't receive access to JSD.
